Today we went to get dinner on the drive thru the wait was long and when we got the food we noticed that a drink was missing. When I came in to get the third drink the window lady said we got 2 drinks. When I went to get the receipt the information did not properly print. When I went to ask about it the window lady made eye contact with me and turned away ignoring me and my incomplete receipt. I left not wanting to make a scene. I felt disrespected and angry getting back home. If this is the standard of customer service than this place has no integrity.

Busy location. Menu is far from heathly but is good eating as far as chicken goes but would not recommend it if you are dieting. Drive-thru, take-out and dine in available.

Slowest service I have ever seen for a fast food restaurant. - 5-7 minutes for drive thru - 15 minutes plus if you go into the store. - under staffed - forgetful on orders Would not recommend

(Update at bottom) Food is subpar. Service is not acceptable. Always feel rushed to get your order taken but wait time for the food is 3x as long. Literally the worst KFC in the city. Used tap to pay for my family's meal tonight, after using my tap I was informed it did NOT go through. I knew it did despite her adamantly arguing otherwise so I opened my bank account to show her that the transaction had indeed gone through and I would not pay twice. It took her manager and two other employees to realize the paper was out and even after replacing I still had to ask for my cups and didn't receive my receipt. It also took all four employees to print the receipt I never got. If you're hungry for kfc I suggest going to the next ghetto over and ordering from Coliseum. All in all, 20 mins to take my order and the woman behind me. Half hour later and still no food. FAST(?) Food my ass.

This place is super slow.. i've had to wait 20-30mins even when its not busy and they still get my order wrong . will never buy from here again.
