If zero stars was capable I would, how can you knowingly take one order at a time than go to the back before taking another order........ If my daughter wasn't hungry at that time we would have moved on

The Asian lady was so rude to me and rude to customers , no maners I asked for 4 piece meal after I check 1 piece is too small too little like a wing I told her change me this and she yell at me : don't touch it with your hand now I can't sell it , like seriously is she re selling that little piece to screwup other costumers no no no this is not good customer service she loook at me mean I ask for my refund and I went to the store beside it to order different food , I will never go back to that KFC location never sorry.

If their was a 0 star I would of loved to pick it. The staff are all very rude and the manager (Maveric) is even worse. And oh yeah the food is always disgusting and never fresh I almost broke my tooth biting into a big crunch. It should be called the tooth breaker sandwich . Never again !

Went this evening with coupons was told no we can't have chicken because they will not cook anymore 2 hours before they closed on a Friday.... honestly every time I go to the londonderry KFC it's awful service and poor food quality not going to eat at that location anymore!!
