I was looking for customer focus buyer agent and found Bruce from right here by reading these good reviews. I decided to try with a call and only found these reviews are so true! Bruce is such great person to work with and very responsive with my question or concern. Most importantly, he got the job(Negotiation and Make a DEAL) DONE at time of most needed! I was so happy with my new home and truly appreciate the efforts he had committed to this!

Bruce helped me find my home in Liberty Village area of Toronto.  He was extremely helpful and answered all of my many questions about being a new homeowner.  It was a pleasure working with him and I will definitely be using him again when I am ready to buy or sell!

Bruce is a very professional real estate agent. We were so impressed with how quickly he was able to sell our home. 3 days on the market and it was sold. When looking for a new home it was important for us to stay in Mississauga. Bruce had no problem finding us our new home, within budget and in the area we were hoping for. Thank you Bruce for all of your help.
