My partner was in contact with this brokerage to sell her home but after seeing a company branded Volvo Xc 60 from their agent Darwin Jarudo go upwards of 160 km an hour in a 80km/h zone recklessly driving we won’t be. Can’t believe they would hire an agent like this

I did work for them as a handyman. They try and suggest the cheapest possible options to list homes on market. Which I can understand to save homeowners money. I'm not saying my work was bad or that I cut corners, but what I did experience was disrespect for me as a worker. When I approached them about why they were disrespectful to me and condescending they're response was to insult me further. Throwing at name calling comparing me to a child and expecting me to do the rest of the work. I told them to pay me for what was done and was agreeable to the payment received. What I did not like was the attitude I received about it as they said I would be paid by a set date previous to our conversation to which they responded they'd pay me whenever I want. When I pressed the matter further they got hostile and got in my face and tried to threaten me with hostile aggressive behaviour. I told them I was packing my tools and would leave as soon as I received payment for my work that I had completed. We sorted out the pay but they tried to find excuses not to pay me for whatever they could. It was a completely degrading insulting and offensive situation. I won't lie to any potential customers and say that I did not swear at them but they name called and treated my work with disrespect before I got to that point. To which I was called a child a 12 year old a high schooler and he even offered to buy me a pack of diapers when I tried to walk away from him to blow off steam. After almost an hour of yelling and me threatening to call the police on them they went to the bank and paid me. I called him a coward for sending his wife to collect the money and not even coming himself to deal with situation. I have nothing to say about their realtor abilities I have no idea how well he does that job. But on a personal level I will never lower my personal esteem and respect to work for someone as low as Darwin Jurado ever again. I don't consider slander as I haven't said anything untrue. The argument was about me giving him a quote and them bartering it down to a lower price than consistently trying to ask me to do more work for a lower price and consistently coming into the job and saying I was doing a bad job when the homeowners and everyone else who seen my work thought it looked and I quote amazing wow and good. I would've given him 0 stars if it was an option but they only let me choose 1.

Avoid this place! Horrible experience with Ashish Kapoor! Wish I could give negative stars.
