Being a first time home buyer in the GTA, and having sifted through several realtors, I was so glad we decided to work with Susi and her team. I realized that we had actually begun asking questions to her thru websites while we were still in India, our native country many months ago! We engaged with Susi in around Aug 2016 for initial consultation and began to seriously work with her since maybe Nov 2016. The timeline is important because we finally locked on the house we liked in April 2017! That's a really long time and Susi never once demonstrated reluctance in continuing with us during the long drawn process. GTA market as crazy at this time and her expert guidance gave us first time buyers a lot of reassurance that there is hope. Very thorough, very methodical, very adjusting, non-pushy and severe workaholic- Susi was able to finally find us a place we call home today. Her other recommendations (lawyer, contractors, mortgage agents etc) also very useful and they were amongst the best folks I have worked since. No doubt home buying is a stressful process, Susi's cheerfulness and professionalism made it a pain free experience.

“Completely unresponsive". Takes way too long to response back. No direct communication is involved for her own listings. She engages another agents those have no idea how to deal with customers. Listing Agent must be responsible for his own listing rather than engaging unprofessional agents.
