I advise any one who want to deal with this office to run away from Lahib, he is very bad person, dishonest, did not give proper advise, just thinks how to take his commission and your money. his way of dealing is totally unprofessional, not convey to his client the real information of the market, and give wrong advise and information to the client. I tried to call him for more than two months asking him about the situation of my listing, simply he just ignoring my calls and some times answer my messages by messages only, I started asking other agents to know what is happening in the market and how much is my property worth now"""""" can you imagine that you trust this man and at the end he did not wish to answer your call to discuss works issues. again he is very bad in the works and i advise people not to deal with this realtor. Well, Simply put, Mr. Shamoun takes the real estate business to a much higher level. He's there when you need him, not only before and during the purchase or lease process. He takes it above and beyond. Ziad's knowledge of the GTA is beyond compare, He knows Toronto metropolitan area throughout. He doesn't spare any advise to his client even if its against his own interest.
