From what we know and have experienced about this agent Khawaja Shahid that he never replies calls or any kind of communication- we liked this house and wanted to make an offer and he never returned our agent call- even though our agent called him infront of us multiple times and waited for hours and days. We really liked this house and it was sold to some one else. He is never there- who needs an agent like this- who cant even communicate. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this guy.

Thanks Shahid for selling our home within a week and with 7 offers. Our house was sold for $10 K over asking. He helped me all the way with his team of contractors and stagers. He also helped me pick the color of the hardwood and the paint colors. I was amazed at how quickly all the work was done and the house was ready for sale! The guy is basically a scam artist and probably a criminal. “Helped” my friends buy a house. They told him they had X amount for downpayment and were looking for a house in a specific price range. He upsold them to a bigger, more pricey house and promised to ‘help’ them with the rest of the downpayment and arrange their mortgage. The way he ‘helped’ them was by giving them a loan for the balance of the downpayment and placing a lien on their property WITHOUT their knowledge or consent. These were new immigrants so weren’t familiar with house buying process in Canada. He took them to his own lawyers and they signed on the dotted line wherever they were told. Once they figure out the hand they had been dealt, they had to repay his loan (with ultra high interest rate) and pay the lawyers again to remove the lien. He’s the worst kind of salesman you’ll ever deal with in your life. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• REPLY TO OWNER FEEDBACK You can’t deny any of the above. I have all the paperwork to prove everything because I am currently acting in the capacity of POA for your clients (my friends). I personally arranged the lawyer for my friends to remove the lien from their property. This is also the reason I am rating and reviewing your service i.e. because your clients have appointed me as their POA and also because they aren’t exactly technologically savvy. It is my responsibility to do what’s best for my friends and help others avoid being defrauded by people like you. As to providing a name, I am currently looking into all possible options that may be a available to my friends. Although they don’t want to get involved in a dispute or litigation, you’ll learn of their names through formal communication if and when they’re ready to take appropriate action against you. Defamation? Who do you think you are? Some kind of celebrity? Please don’t fool yourself!!!
