RE/MAX REALTY ONE INC

There is a R.E agent working for Remax named Bashar Mahfooth. He is very dishonest and devious. I am one of his tenants. When my lease ended recently and after I moved out, he kept my deposit money without any reason. I have tried to ask him to meet me and give me an explanation, but he just disappeared, he doesn’t answer my phone calls or my emails. So I went to his office to confront him. He cannot give me any answers and afterwards he went hiding in the washroom to avoid me refused to talk to me. His attitude was very rude and unprofessional, I’ve never met any one like him. He have shamed the good name of Remax as an employee, I’m quite sure that he used to take advantage from other previous tenants in similar situation as I am by not returning tenants’ deposit money. Bashar Mahfooth not to be trusted and I would not recommend any one to him.

I have dealt with Bashar Mahfooth in the past, I find his professionalism to be very poor.

Great people here! I felt so comfortable talking to Masi and JC. Highly recommend - even if you just have a few questions - they will help you as if you're buying a million dollar house!

He used a bully offer to try to buy our house. Sent the offer with only 3 hours to respond, and lowered the price by 17%.....we didn't respond to it, but it shows his style and represents on "how" he works. It's actually laughable...and shows lack of credibility and honesty on his part.
