Daniela Cusnir was hired by us in a immediate situation. She messaged us through Facebook pushing her brokerage property. She was heavily pushing us an it was a turn off but due to the circumstances we felt we had no actual options. She did work on applying for properties for us however she was more focussed on pushing her own properties that her brokerage had listed than the actual properties we were asking her for. She was applying for higher than our budget, lied to us about our offer expiring time and told us the other places were accepting other offers, so that we could raise our offer price with her unit. When I became in contact with the other brokerage to follow up with my rental application they were completely confused with what Daniela was telling me- how they received my application but it was to expire much later on, with no other offers yet, and gave me the correct information. We chose to to lease at this time and live with family to not be rushed. Completely disgusting and unacceptable behaviour for a family in need of a home in an urgent matter. Doesn’t have the best interest of the client at heart. Would not recommend.
