Sussex Insurance - Surrey South

If you're looking to spend a lot of time waiting around then maybe working on your insurance, this is the place for you! I've seen molasses climb a flight of stairs in January faster than these guys can do a basic transaction. Last time I foolishly went in expecting something resembling half decent service, myself and three other customers sat for over 15 minutes while they worked with a customer. Granted, this is not an unreasonable amount of time, but to then need to continue to wait while the customer went out to change the plates on their car was the final straw. There are two other brokers across the street in and near the Superstore. I took my business elsewhere, and would strongly recommend you do the same. With this lack of service quality, it leaves me with serious questions about their competency as brokers.

Came in to renew my car insurance. A very helpful guy was working there who was very friendly and made my experience a great one! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs insurance!

Mistakes enter into the system by the male clerk would have escalated the premiums. Didn't seem to have much of a personality for over the counter sales and or answering detailed questions. I have purchased 3 or more policies at Sussex, however this was my final one. Was I paying to much all along because or mistakes they had made?

Came to Sussex because my son had a good experience with them (another location) and I was new to this province and not getting good service at another insurance broker. The first time I came in here, was treated like a number, no friendliness and no effort at all--as I myself would have made with a new customer (I have years of customer service experience). The next time I came in, ICBC had made an error with my payment schedule; in order to cover the payment error I was told to make payment at the insurance office. When I came, cash in hand, they refused to take my $$, said their "system was locked" by ICBC and they couldnt help me. I came from 25+ years of dealing with same broker in Alberta-- NEVER had a broker refuse to take payment before(!). They could have taken it and even put it through the following day if their system was"frozen"??? However when I called ICBC the next day they said absolutely they should have taken my payment. This is insurance--a serious matter if we are in an accident. I need to know my broker is competent, will do the right thing, and hey maybe even go the extra mile for their clients! Maybe they treat their friends well but certainly not new clients! I have already taken my business elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing service, I have been using Rozy and Sameer for years and I cannot tell enough people about them. They have a dedicated service and are always willing to help when you need it. They come to me and always have my renewal ready before I even realize my insurance is coming up, which in the past I have forgotten like many other people do. I definitely recommend their service!
