When to them for a home insurance quote. Spent a lot of time getting them all the info. A week went by and no phone call. Called and was told the girls was sick and the Manager would call. Three weeks past and not one call with a quote. They are a joke and will NEVER use them again. They had all our business before this.

Had a policy for a condo with them up for renewal. I received an offer to renew in the mail from the insurance company but nothing from the agency. I decided to shop the policy around and found one for about 10% cheaper. I went into the agency to inquire about the difference and cancel my policy and was told "you know where the door is". Yes that is a quote. Too many of these agencies out there with no customer service.
