The worst service ever!! My neighbour had a fire that spread to my suite. I had insurance with this company for 15 years this fire was not our fault at all and this company made it out to be our fault and we had to fight for everything.

My adjuster, Sau Wan, was very efficient, professional and extremely accommodating. She arranged for the work and the payment so promptly. It is her excellent service that will make me stay with Westland.....forever. I want to give her additional star.

I had an excellent experience with Westland Insurance. The claims adjuster was able to get me all the information I needed and I felt very secure knowing that I was protected under my insurance plan.

For our flood claim we had the pleasure of working with Christopher Miranda. He was very attentive and always there to answer any questions. Going through a flood can be very stressful, but Christopher made the process all the more endurable. Thank you for all your help!

I had an unfortunate incident of a burst pipe and flooding in my town house . The day after my initial call to my Insurance agent there was an adjuster and Restoration company at my door to asses the damages . I was impressed with the speed and efficiency in which Westland responded. The professionalism of the company has been outstanding . Thank You
