this place helped me out big time when my truck insurance was already expired and no one else was open. Called them to ask if they could stay open for me because it was already 8:55pm and they closed at 9pm. the guy that answered the phone said it was no problem and he would wait. Most people would probably not answer the phone, this is my insurance place from now on thanks.

These guys have been here before I moved in the area. Their hours work for me and the older guy always checks my wifes and mine icbc discount for my renewals.

After reading the negative reviews I consider myself lucky to have received good service - albeit a bit slow. The nice gentleman was able to help me obtain my insurance after explaining all the options. Having just moved back from the U.S. he and the other kind gentleman was able to assist me in the transferring of title. Only negative part of the process was the exorbitant amount Canadians pay for car insurance!

Horrible experience.. There were 2 people working one was nice but other one was very rude. It took 2 hours to do car insurance. Nothing explained. I recommend to go somewhere else.
