The staff at TSN have assisted my family with our vehicle and home insurance for the past many years. We were initially reluctant to transfer our accounts away from our existing brokerage and bring them to TSN. Like many others, we thought all insurance firms are the same. A colleague of ours was very impressed with her experience at TSN. She suggested that we get a 2nd opinion. It's one of the best recommendations we've ever followed through with. We've been very pleased with the level of detail put forth towards the planning aspect of our policies. Our insurance portfolio now consists of the most comprehensive policies in the marketplace. My wife and I have been so pleased with TSN, we have already referred many of our family and friends to them.

The team at TSN Insuracnce (15122 72nd Ave.) is incredibly helpful, accommodating and very friendly. I've gone through this team for all my insurance needs, whether it be for my own car or travel needs they've been able to help me in person, over the phone or through email to answer all my questions and/or concerns. I've recommended them to many of my family members and if it weren't for me relocating to another province I would still be with them. Even through my transition to another province they've been extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond. If/when I make my way back to the lower mainland, I know I'll be setting up my insurance through this team again!

Committed staff who truly know the industry inside and out. From the moment i walked in, i was treated with the utmost professionalism, with a warm and family friendly team commandeering to my every inquiry. Highly recommended, and do not see myself requiring any other insurance broker for the remainder of my time in the lower mainland. i literally got my car, motorcycle and beacon insurance, condo's content insurance - fiances ring insured and my life insurance quote in 20 mins. awesome!!

In todays busy and competitive world it's hard to find companies (employees) that will deliver their service to your door with your best interest at heart.  TSN calls me a month prior to my expiration date and lets me know when my auto insurance is due.  They have come to my home and work smiling with friendly and honest advice.  They have your best interest at heart and will advise you accordingly to your needs by telling you the pro's and cons about all insurance coverages. Thank you TSN Insurance Services for taking care of my family and friends over the years..
