Used to buy home insurance from them but not anymore! I found the manager Val Bridge is so rude and unprofessional. She made several mistakes on my policy but never apologized and was acting like it's all others' fault. Val Bridge is the worst insurance agent I ever seen. I wouldn't recommend this broker!

Staff was very friendly an knowledgeable. Helped me when other places didn't listen or gave me information that would have left me uninsured.

The staff here are very rude and condescending to their customers. The manager will never apologize for any mistakes her or her staff have ever made, even when they are admitted as faults of theirs. 

I will not be returning here and I will be letting my friends and family know to avoid this business. 

Horrible customer service!
