Super C

The biggest Super C in West Island with Halal meat sectionsnWe've been shopping at this store for almost 10 years! They just completed their renovation to be the biggest SuperC in West Island. It's now a one-stop grocery store with self-check out as well! You can have mostly everything including Halal, Asiatic and other imported products. Now they have Zabiha roasted chicken too.

I know it is only a grocery store and employees are not only overwhelmed but not trained for customer service, but when the staff feel or think that they are making you a favor by letting you use one of the 1$ carts they have inside for other purposes and there is non available outside the store, it’s a frustrating take from their part that is also out of context in my opinion, specially when you are forced to bring your 1$ coin with you to use them another well known issue of this store. Not so usual from my part to leave bad reviews, but given that this is not the first time I’ve had a bad CS experience at this place I decided to take the shot. Not returning back.

Staff is so rude, take up the entire aisle with their carts .this has happened so often and not once do they ever move the cart. Quality was ok... but their staff are rude... unkempt and seriously don't care. Except that one cashier. I'd give it 0 stars. Stopped going completely after today.

Very good service! I have to say overall the staff has been polite everytime I visit.nnBut I have to give kudos to Selina who went above and beyond to assist me with finding out about the saq bottle returns and the gift cards.nnThat kind of customer service I value and I hope it's recognized.nnIn terms of service this is the best super c I've visited.

The young girl with long black hair from the customer sercive - cashier 1, has an incredible bad attitude, very nervous, screaming at me when i try to make a photo for the product that i was looking for and was behind the cashier, in a cartoon box. Really rude and uneducated, without to be provoked.nThe store is a mess, different product everywhere you need a lot of patience to find something by searching five times in entire store.nVery bad organization.nHow I supposed to know that my item is in that box?
