McDonald's

I went there for a small Christmas get together and it was fun, McDonald’s food is always good, only issue in that the printers of self service never work but no one cares at this point, its part of the experience now. Merry Christmas.

I'm the only one there so the food was hot and good. The atmosphere is nice and nice me. But no service whatsoever stood there for about 7 Minutes watching 67 people doing their thing no acknowledgment whatsoever even after asking loudly is it opened any service here anybody working. Municipal to walk out my buddy yelled something out and when did the Staffing responds I'm finishing the fries when she does get to us she says okay what did you order was it this was it that I think we repeatedly did not order yet

I always wonder why when all you order is a drink the cashier can't just give the cup. Instead Im forced to wait 5-10 min for a single cup.nnI would of used the drive-thru but it's always slow... The slowest drive through ever...

Made a mobile order.n1. At pickup, after confirming my presence, the app told me they were experiencing difficulties on their end and that I had to go to the counter. Cashier told me the payment hadn’t gone through… after checking my banking app at home I saw that I was charged twice and then subsequently credited.nn2. One of the French fry orders from the bestie bundle was missing. They were supposed to hold the McChicken sauce on the sandwiches - they put it on both. One of the kids wouldn’t eat theirs.nn3. The fries were cold and past due. The nuggets were lukewarm. The sandwiches were lukewarm. Ridiculous considering this was 18:00.nnThe only good thing I have to say about this experience has to do with a fellow customer. She let me know that I could take the balloons on display and give them to my kids.nnI don’t eat McDonalds and I don’t feed it to my kids often, but I’ll never buy it from this place again.

I don’t what it is but they make so many mistakes I had to go back 3 times in one night. 1st time hamburger was wrong was already in the parking lot 2nd time went home Big Mac was wrong got in the car went back came back home the. Opened the Big Mac there was no bottom bun. So please I advise when you go to McDonald’s before leaving always check your stuff. Because there not the brightest people.
