Exclucity West Island

Excellent service! Best sneaker stores in Montreal and surroundings. I saw so many sneaker stores come and go at that location. There's a good reason why Exclucity has been successful!

I'm posting this here because a customer service rep. told me this was the shop that handled my order. NEVER going to purchase anything from them again. TERRIBLE online experience and customer service. Purchased a pair of vapormaxes during a promo. Two days. No shipment confirmation sent. Reached out to Exclucity a day later through Facebook. No response. Two days later, I get the email below saying my order was cancelled because they did not have the pair in stock. No "sorry for the inconvenience" or "Sorry for wasting your time". Of course! Exclucity finally responds on facebook, only AFTER I get an email saying my order was already cancelled. They tell me their system allows them to oversell products, which I still don't understand why they have, seeing as people below me have also experienced the same problem. Seems like only a single person has control over their Facebook page and E-Mail inbox. There were a couple of promos going on during that time at other stores, but I decided to settle with Exclucity. Now, im SOL, and all the other shops have sold out on the pair I wanted. If you're looking to buy sneakers, stick to the more established Toronto sneaker boutiques like Livestock and/or Havenshop. Obviously Exclucity doesn't have the manpower to handle orders in an efficient manner and to devote itself to average customer service.

Dope sneaker and gear shop, slightly expensive but you gotta drain the wallet to look fresh in streetwear. The selection is pretty good for a small west island store. Not good for a random shopping haul, you need to know what you're looking for.

This location is the Exclucity Mecca. The OG, where we all dreamed of copin' that fresh pair after camping out all night. Where we made friends and foes. Where we swagged out for the shawties, and geared up for the trophies. Hands down their ugliest store, but the one that certainly made the numbers for them. This store has a special place in the hearts of sneakerheads across Montreal.

Things are nice,and people are friendly enough. Things are a bit overpriced as well. When I went in, the only two employees there didn't even greet me even though I was the only person there, and just kept chatting to eachother

Went in with my girlfriend last Saturday and 2 girls were working there one was helping my girlfriend and it felt like everytime she asked her to get a pair of shoes to try on it was some huge ordeal, we ended up both buying shoes but I don't think I'll be back the clothing Is crazy over priced you're better off going to footlocker who has better deals and a better selection and no grumpy little girls.

Went there on Sunday. Fast purchase. Sales associate was very patient and helpful in finding the best style and size.

If you're a common size forget it, chances are they don't have your size. Staff is rude and far from being helpful. Don't waste your time.

Bad customer service, I went to buy shoes and the gurl that work that day she was on her cell phone without even try to help me After 20 min I went To ask her for help she started giving attitude worst customer services ever

Expensive .... for nothing. Shoes were ugly and not even trendy ... they say that they have one in a kind gear ... I say not true!!
