Waited 20 min. without  being acknowledged just to be told he couldn't offer me the plan I wanted just because I questioned the reception quality in the area. Truely an unhelpful and negative experience avoid this place and give some other place your business.

Great service at this particular store, Public has the best rates on plans and phones no contract! been with them for a year and the UNLIMITED DATA plan costs me 45$ a month and NEVER a penny more... :)
