Amazing selection, clean and friendly staff! It was my first time and I had a really great time! I walked out with three fire finds to add to my closet. Shoutout to Joanne for being incredible at her job! The customer service is elite! 10/10, I’ll be coming back!

The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff are friendly. The clothing selection is decent, but the availability of hard goods is often lacking. While the prices were once reasonable, they've steadily increased — following the trend at many Value Village locations — to the point where they now feel excessively high.nnI kept a rating of 4/5 for now out of what this store once was but I will update the review and adapt my review as the store adapts it's prices overtime

I used to love shopping here, but items have become ridiculously overpriced compared to other thrift shops in the city. Another issue is that for whatever reason, they only keep 2 self-checkout counters open, even when there are super long lineups. The quality of service in their staff has also diminished over the years and for those reasons, I am giving this location a 2 star.

Bought a lovely, large coffee table today for only $30. The cashier was helpful in informing and referring me to the pick-up and drop-off area where I was greeted by Mario who assisted me in getting it to fit in my car as it almost wasn’t doable. He went out of his way to unscrew and remove the legs of the table and squeezed it into my car.nnHe was very kind and informed me that if you’re ever unsure if a piece will fit into your car, they’ll offer to measure it for you to verify. Grateful and appreciate his assistance!
