The staff at Bhandal Textile made my shopping so stress free! They were so patient and actually listen to what you want. I'm so happy with the quality of work and the service we received. We left feeling like family. We will definitely be recommending Bhandal Textile to friends and family!

The customer service at bhandal is extremely poor. I bought 9 meters of lace, paid full price. The stones and thread in the first 20-30 centimetres of the lace are damaged. I asked the lady to exclude that damaged part at the front, and give me 9m of non-damaged material. The lady insisted on selling me the damaged lace because “that’s how she received it” and she cannot afford to waste 30cm of damaged lace. I’m sorry, but if a product is damaged and a customer is paying full price, the damage is the merchant’s problem and not the customer’s. You do not make a customer pay regular price and force damaged goods onto them because you don’t want to lose your profit; that makes no sense. For anyone else looking: I found out later that Mode Durga, on Sources, has much better quality lace at an even better price. UPDATE: as the owner you mentioned that I shouldn’t have bought the lace outside my budget; I never said it’s out of my budget. I understand that if I was unsatisfied with damaged lace I could have left without the lace, but the fact remains that the customer service is poor if the customer is told to either buy the damaged product because that’s how it came into the store when the damaged FIRST 20 cm could easily have been discarded or not buy at all. If you don’t see that as poor customer service, then there is nothing to be done about that. The response you have given me isn’t any more professional than the service I received. I’ve already made the purchase I needed, but this review may serve someone else.

Horrible service. Unless you speak Punjabi forget about getting any help at all. I even offered to service myself and was denied even this. What a shame, because they have a very nice selection..... Update: I am increasing to 2 stars. After waiting for over an hour, and being extremely patient, we were finally helped.
