Super 8 by Wyndham Quebec City

We had 3 night stay at this location and it was a pleasant experience. One of the best Super 8 experience, very clean and well organized. It was fully booked but the staff ensured that breakfast was sufficient for everyone. Friendly and supportive staff. I loved the way entire staff was welcoming in guiding us for any questions we had and honestly no issues in communication. I will highly recommend this place to stay for anyone who is visiting Quebec City.

I had a blast staying at this hotel and would like to extend my sincere thanks to the staff, especially Oliver, who always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. The pool was perfect for children, and they had so much fun with the waterslide. It truly made their experience unforgettable. I recommend this hotel for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Super 8 provided a somewhat average stay due to a pervasive, strange smell throughout the premises that detracted from the overall experience. The breakfast, while offering a variety of options, included cold boiled eggs which were not quite appetizing. However, the saving grace was the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist with any requests or concerns. Their hospitality made the stay more comfortable despite the minor inconveniences. Overall, Super 8 is decent for a short stay, with improvements needed in maintaining a pleasant atmosphere and ensuring breakfast items are served at an appropriate temperature

I had a poor experience, not because they mistakenly booked our night wrongly. But because we the butler did not apologize for the stress that has caused the eviction. She told us that it was her employee's fault. Our room keys were deactivated without any information and lack of empathy toward us. The staff attitude was awful.nAll reviews that says about the pool are true. My son's eyes has burnt like hell because the pool's chlorine was too high.

The slide is cool but the pool is small enough where you can’t swim while others are going down the slide. Overall just ok. It’s a bit of an older hotel it seems so was not in best shape. Did the trick for our one night
