A great hotel with a lot of character. The check in lady was pretty stoic. It wouldn't kill her to crack a smile. The other gentlemen and subsequent staff were great. Really friendly. The pool is kind of small and dimly lit. There's also no towels so you have to bring yours from your room. It sucks because I have to call the front desk to get more towels. The room had a little sink and high ceilings. View was of a construction site. Not the greatest but hey, can't win em all. The cot mattress was $57 for 2 nights so there's that. No smart TV. Too bad. Mattress was a bit firm but the linen was comfy. The elevator is very slow and there's only one. Stairs are usually quicker. Sucks because I was on the 5th floor. I got my steps in I guess. The lobby has a fireplace that I burned my hand on. I know, stupid me. But, they really should have signage warning the glass is so hot. I hate to see a kid touch it. All in all. Great hotel

No fan in the bathroom & very humide- the receptionist told me other guests had the same issues even thought they had a good systems!  Room at the Penthouse level, unfortunately in front of elevator, extremely noisy with kid running & screaming! At almost $400.00 a night, I should have been told there was a breakfast service when asked the receptionist! Instead, I was told there was no food in the hotel. No mention of breakfast with or without additional fees.nI’ve see that hotel in Laval where I travel regularly, I was looking forward to check it out in Quebec.nThank you for your comments, it reinforces for me that it is not worth trying again.

To be short; come here if you expect a proper bed, in an OK room.nThere was nice air conditioning, which was warm or cold depending on your choice. The bathroom was okay and there was even a pool. However, there was a quite chaotic and rather lacking breakfast, small sport room, bathrooms that don’t lock, a stained towel and one broken keycard. In my opinion, I would have expected a bit more for the price we paid.

Breakfast is not included and is terrible. Hotel  room price doea not worth the quality and service.

Close to the YQB airport, perfect for business stays, rooms are surprisingly large and clean. Breakfast is totally not worth it so if you have an option to opt out, take it.
