We came here on a family trip with 2 kids. They were looking forward to spending time at the pool, but unfortunately their time there was cut short. Apparently, the pool is reserved for adults after 9pm. We only found out when the lifeguard came by to tell us we needed to leave within the next 5 minutes. This was not mentioned anywhere on their website. It was incredibly frustrating because had we known we would have mentally prepared the kids and wouldn't have gone in for just 20 minutes. For a family hotel it was wildly deceiving. We will not be coming back.

Only good thing about this hotel is its location.nnWe stayed there for 3 nights. And we never had our room cleaned for those days. After reporting few times no help was provided because room service is only for those who are staying more than 3 nights? I never heard that in hotels we stayed before. There is no one to clear our used towels for first 2 days of our stay. After insisting few times then they just cleared those used towels. Toilet room doesn’t have a lock.nThe breakfast was not good. All the food was super cheap in quality with very little options not friendly to potential allergies or dietary restrictions. No one in the reception wants to explain about hotel amenities like pool timing, its location in the building, gym area etc. Poor cutlery’s for the breakfast. Overall we really had a bad stay and definitely we won’t recommend this hotel.

Bad experience 215$ for a room in off season then u get 1 pillow each and when we asked for another 1 they said no what a joke then we had a terrible experience with the lifeguard we couldn’t understand him then he watched us try to turn the hot tub on for 15 mins but wouldn’t get upnTo show us even tho we asked him. Domt stay here to much stress and not enough customer service

This stay was very mediocre. Noticed a very stained bed sheet which was gross. After reporting no help was provided because room service is only for those who are staying more than 3 nights? Which is ridiculous. None of the doors in the room had any locks or hinges for privacy in a 2 bedroom suite including the toilet.nThe breakfast was not good. All the food was super cheap in quality with very little options not friendly to potential allergies or dietary restrictions. Not to mention all the utensils are paper and plastic.nThis place used to be so much better which is why my family decided to stay here without question but after my last stay I will not be recommending or booking in the future.

Booked this hotel based on reviews that were pretty good and was very disappointed.nGood points for location but thats about it.nnRoom: very big, got a queen bed and a sofa bed. Asked for a kids bed, its written on the booking but the clerk kept arguing that none was in our file. Showed him the booking where it was written and just said oh well, i dont have it here . We are fully bilingual but we had a hard time understanding the guy at the front desk as he spoke a mix of english and french that made no sense. Worst part: NO CLEANING of the rooms before the 5th night! This is just extreme, especially for a kid friendly hotel. Had a hard time getting towels ...fridge and tv were not working, my husband had to fix them himself as the front desk was completely useless.nnPool: we booked here specifically for the kids installations. The water games need some love, the pool is very small for the amount of people that is there and the only way to get there is 1 elevator. We waited a long time to go there and leave the pool. The water is on the colder side is you like yours warm.nnBreakfast: continental breakfast is included but dont get your hopes up. We only had scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs and breakfast sausage available. Fruits are canned peaches and clementines and there are some toast. Only 2 jams and peanut butter cups available. Was lucky to get a bagel. You can also have some cereal.nThe breakfast area is really small and the had to open the conference room for us to sit and eat. The also serve everything in cardboard plates and plastic utensils....very cheap and bad for the environnement.nnWe finally got a kids bed they sent us the playpen for a 2 yo that was way to small for him and they just left it in the entryway, on the floor, not even set up. Very disappointed in the service here.nnIn the end we stayed only 2 nights which was more than enough.nDo not recommend and will not be back.
