Hôtel Must | Aéroport de Québec

The hotel is well situated and we have everything near. The hotel has interior parking which is great. The pool, hot tub and water plays for kids were great. Service was not that great but was okay.

There are a lot of reviews about the hotel, most of them are true. There is little light in the corridor and rooms. In our room, instead of a second bed, there was a folding sofa, the bed was in the wall, but we figured out how it works. The windows overlook the railway, along which at 7 am there is always a train with a signal : The room has a microwave, refrigerator, and kitchen sink. Towels, shampoo, gel, conditioner in large bottles.nThe staff is helpful and bilingual. The pool is on the 7th floor, very crowded, slippery, the water stings your eyes. Breakfast included, scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal, toast, generally standard. We were surprised by the disposable plates and cutlery, perhaps so as not to wash We were attracted to this hotel by the price and the presence of a swimming pool.

The washroom does not have any kind of privacy at all. The shower is open and transparent. The door of the toilet cannot be locked at all and goes in every way. Any one can come when you are in the toilet and open it when pushing or pulling the door. Definitely not convenient for a family stay!nThe sofa bed is so heavy to turn into a bed or back into a sofa. And there was some dust behind the sofa which is bed for allergies.nThe breakfast had the essentials. However, I did not like how the scrambled eggs tasted nor the hard cooked ones. They were overcooked.nThe kids liked the hot tub looked like a small pool, water slides and the splash pad so much. But, they've been hurt a couple of times hitting their head or their arms in the slide . The floor is also so slippy. They fell many times. I've seen other kids falling as well just when they got out of the slide.nFor fairness sake, the view from the window was nice. And, you can see when the train is passing just behind the hotel.

- Room was spacious and clean.n- Instead of tiny single use bottles, they have soap, shampoo and conditioner distributors, HELLOOOOO !n- They replaced my towels the next morning plys gave me towels for the pool which you can find at the desk before you go take a swim.n- Room temperature/AC is adjustable. Loved the black out pull curtains.n- If you don't expect Chez Cora which is located across the parking from the hotel btw Breakfast was alright, enough variables.n- We all loved the heated pool, it's big. The water slide was so much fun, adults can ride it too! And the jacuzzi is the biggest I've tried, so it doesn't feel weird even with strangers.nWe all loved the balcony, it's quiet.n- The location was awsome with everything yyou need near you.n- I really love that we could all stay in the same room three adults and two children.

The carpets in all corridors haven't been cleaned probably in years. Just a look at them gave me instant nausea. Walking in the corridor gives me stuffy nose because it's so dirty.nnThere is nothing to get boiling water in rooms if you want to make tea. The toilet shelf in front of the sink fell on me when I put my toothbrush on it.nnThis hotel is in dire need of attention. It's currently not worth the price per night.
