Econo Lodge Airport

The only redeeming quality of this hotel was the location. The room was adequate and served it's purpose. It would NEVER be a destination for me to stay at again. The room was mediocre The cot that I paid an additional 10.00 for was basically a gym mat off the floor. Not too sure who owns this chain of a motel, there was mold on the ceiling near the patio doors. The water pressure was inadequate. Disappointed in what has become of the level of service in Canada. Mano is apparently the manager of this place. At the end of the day they won't care.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Econo Lodge. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below my expectations for a comfortable and clean environment.During my stay, I encountered several issues:n1. Cleanliness: The room was not up to standard. There was mold around the windows and in the bathroom, and the toilet had significant grime. I have pictures documenting these concerns.n2. Noise: The flush tank in the bathroom was noisy throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.Additionally, the air conditioning unit was quite loud.n3. Dining Area: The dining area was uncomfortably small, and the carpets and door coverings appeared old and dirty.nthis motel wors to pay$50 per night. not $200189+15%tax

It was cheapest find in quebec city. Rooms were having fridge dryer tv all basic things and was clean and tidy. Breakfast 7am-10amhad variety like bagels toast fruit beans scrambled eggs, beans and sweet potatoes. Staff was helpful and welcoming. The only downside is hotel don't have lift so if you have room on first floor need to carry luggage to room and lack accessibility. So if you have any issue than try to take ground floor room. Hotel is little far from all attraction so travelling time to place increases. Parking is free.

Econolodge is the most comfortable and clean lodging facility I have ever been too. Below is my detailed reviewn1. Cleanliness : the room was spotless, well cleaned and sanitized . The bedsheets and pillows that are always a concern, were white and super clean and smelled of jasmine.n2. Tidiness : beds were neatly prepared for our stay … nothing underneath the beds.n3. Connectivity : the 5G WiFi was amazing was able to connect multiple devicesn4. Accessibility : my car was 60 cm away from the rooms sliding door which was convenient for moving luggage in and out.n5. Lightening : the ambient lightening was very relaxingn6. HYGENE: had a very refreshing shower with both hot and cold water availablen7. Appliances : all in perfect working condition with no noise and super cleann8. Breakfast : the free breakfast was of excellent variety and very tasty … competes with 4-5 star hotelsnnI will defenitely return one day and I highly recommend

Not satisfied with service. While asking about room service, staff said we clean room and change the towel and shampoo every 3 days.nnI mean seriously?? Too unhygienic. We stayed there for 2 days.didnt like it.nnOnly good thing is breakfast was included
