Hôtel Cofortel

Had an excellent 3 nights stay at this hotel. Staffs are attentive and friendly. Free parking right outside the room if staying in ground floor. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Free breakfast was also pretty decent, though you can’t expect sausage / bacon / scrambled eggs :nAlso, it’s 20 mins drive from downtown. Will definitely choose this hotel if I come back to Quebec City.

Really a fan! Super cute and cozy, I like that you can access your room from the parking directly the rooms are stacked one next to the other on the road. Breakfast is not awesome but just right. Overall a charming place. Furniture in the rooms and in the hotel is aesthetically pleasing and warm.

This hotel is truly fantastic, with friendly staff who are always ready to assist, and exceptionally clean rooms. The location is great too, being near restaurants. If you prefer staying in, you can enjoy a simple yet satisfying breakfast. I could say more, but it's best if you experience it yourself!

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during a family Christmas vacation, which was also my first visit to Quebec City. The location of the hotel is excellent, and I can see why it has received so many positive reviews. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast service. The menu was the same every day, and it became monotonous. Additionally, there were no freshly prepared hot food options—everything was cold. For protein, the only choice was cold boiled eggs. I highly recommend adding freshly prepared items to the breakfast menu to enhance the experience for guests. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration.

I never write reviews but this place was perfect so I decided now is the time! We stayed for two nights for a concert. The hotel is very clean, from the lobby, bedrooms and bathrooms. Staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were perfect! Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, everything looked exactly like the pictures I saw on Hopper when I booked it. It was close to restaurants and easy to Uber to and from. Getting to the city was easy as well. For the free breakfast it wasn’t an amazing selecting but great for getting light and simple things to fill you up. Would highly recommend!
