Fantastic place. Friendly helpful staff and just a really nice atmosphere. My boys and I came for a baseball tournament and have only good things to say. A resort-style hotel with nice rooms and a very cool indoor pool/jungle/restaurant. I'm anglophone but speak French as well but English was not a problem for all the staff I spoke to. Great place for a family getaway.

No doubt it’s good but not best. The service could have been more in terms of money. If they charge for specific person then should also provide proper bed as well. No exhaust in bathroom. Just being beautiful does not suffice good service also required.

read this before you come herennridiculous service they are providing. we came don’t come here from toronto and check in mid night at 12 am yesterday but when we had room heater is not working lights is not working. i called reception 5 times to arrive someone but no one showed up until 1 hour we are tried from travel and had this kind of service. which is not acceptable. when im paying full amount then why should i compromise with all this necessary stuff.nntoday same think no one here i went front desk but there im getting answer that this is what it is we can’t help.nn1st day no room cleann2nd day no room cleann3rd day no room cleannnridiculous service

Not worth the 376$ price tag some link suggests . Would go for 125$nnWhile the tiki vibe is fun and the pool is where people gather, some rooms are well below average and not represented in the pictures, noise level coming from the atrium can be disrupting at times.nnFrom 4pm till closure the pool is packed with families in a good environment. During the day seems quieter.nnThe space right next to the band seems useless. Bunch of empty tables. Not quite inviting for performers. Should use this space has cozy spot to listen and enjoy the music.nnThere is also a arcade room with “out of service” games and pools tables covered with uninviting “smile to the camera” notice. On top of that they seem to have a disco-theca for private events, birthday bashes or parties. Then again with remains of past parties and smelling funny.nnIf it wasn’t that the kids loved the pool experience I would have given it a 2.5 at best. With some small effort this can easily be a 4* hotel.

I was traveling with my significant other. The reservation was at his name. Something not nice happened in be middle of the night in between the significant other and myself. I could not tolerate his behavior any longer and had to leave him in the middle of the night. I did. I am not from Quebec city and had limited means on me as my cards were stolen prior to our trip. The weather wasn't very good. I wanted to spend a couple of hours on a small sofa inside the hotel. Not only I was not allowed, I was kicked out in cold rainy weather. I had nowhere to go. And technically, the personnel didn't even ask me if I was hurt or mistreated by my boyfriend. The personnel literally kicked me out in a very unhuman way
