Do you enjoy practically hearing your room neighbors’ thoughts while trying to have a relaxing time away for work? This is the place for you.nIf you enjoy being woken up at 7:30am by maintenance vaccuming outside your door, you’ll love this place.nBriefly, if you just wanted a place to stay with peace and quiet, so you googled “spa hotel” please do yourself a favor and stay in any other hotel down the street.nI checked in and nobody explained to me that there would be a patio door immediately giving out to the restaurant right from my room? This is unusual and I had quite the surprise upon arrival.nI asked to change rooms and they told me I had to do so before noon, which did not at all coincide with my work schedule therefore I was stuck in the one I had.nThe entire place reeks of chlorine, so if you like having to pay for breakfast with the wafts of the pool during your meal, this place is right up your alley.nThere were stains on the floor from the previous guests that were not cleaned, the bathrooms are extremely outdated.nOverall an unpleasant experience, and I still have one unfortunate night to go. Hopefully this incites staff to allow me to change rooms.

The restaurant staff seem to be on another planet. They forgot us for both supper and breakfast. Food is mediocre. Pancakes were uncooked.nPool staff had air pods in their ears. They're being paid to do nothing.nnBedroom was clean and beds comfortable. Nothing to say about that.nnThe hotel charged me twice for a security deposit and expects me to check to make sure I'm reimbursed within 10days.

Our family enjoyed so much the Christmas holiday here.nExcellent customer service, helpful, flexible and kind.nGreat breakfast, healthy options and tasty fresh fruits.nThank you for offering bus tickets so don't need to drive to downtown.nWe definitely visit again.

Once you walk in the place, the smell of chlorine hits your face. The room has a weird smell and the mattress smells like fish??? I sit on the bed and my whole body started itching like crazy. The towels they give you when you’re at the pool also smell like fish. The bed frame was not cleaned at all, had white liquid dry up stuff on it and plenty of dust, also found a spider in the room. The bathroom door is not normal at all, doesn't even lock is transparent and when someone has to do a number 2, the smell goes in the whole room, I dont know what they were thinking bit that was not AT ALL a good idea. The pool is nice and the arcade too, the service is not the best.

Clean room, nice indoor pool. Cool Murphy beds for the 2nd bed, pretty comfy.nBathroom with glass doors, not practical. Needs more storing places for clothes inside the room. The brunch was delicious and 15$-20$ per adult
