Always easy to get help. If I ever do have to wait, it's because staff are assisting other customers. Not standing talking to one another.

The staff are usually helpful and most times what I'm looking for they do stock. I am just thankful that it's on my neighbourhood and I like to shop local as much as possible.

I noticed after reading the reviews from others that I am not the first or even the second or third to have a similar bad experience at this store so I thought it was important to post my review and share my experience with this home hardware location the last time I was in. This happened a couple months ago this was the last time I was in this location. I've been going to this store most of my life and it's always been a good and friendly place to go with the exception of just recently. I went into the store and was told that I had to leave a bag that I literally have on me at all times day or night 24 hours a day 7 days a week all year long that has a medical device in it. I am physically attached to a medical device that I cannot remove because my life literally depends on this device but even after telling them this and showing them the device and showing how it's physically attached to me they still told me that if I wanted to come in and look around for what I wanted to purchase I had to leave this at the front counter and I obviously can not do that. Bottom line I left the store and did not get what I went in for because of this and the worst part is that the item I wanted to purchase was literally within 10 feet of the front counter so they had full view of where I would have been and I told them what I wanted to purchase so they knew this but still wouldn't let me go in all the way to get what I wanted to purchase. I definitely will not be going back to this store that I've been going to my whole life ever again because of this and not because I'm not welcome because I am bit because they will not let me in and keep the medical device on and with me that my life depends on to live. I should also mention that the medical device I am talking about is small and the bag it's in is smaller than the size of most women's purses so it was not something that was being told that I could not bring in because it was to big or any other ridiculous reasons like that.

If they don't have what I need they get it in. They are very friendly folks that have put customers first for quite awhile.
