We were told not to park in the "Loading Zone" anymore. However, we have been doing this for YEARS without bothering superiors across Ontario. It is funny how the two cars beside us were blocking access, but our truck left a super generous amount of space and was in nobody's way. We completed our list in less than 5 minutes. The two vehicles blocking the access were there before and after leaving. So we were grouped together even though we were not causing an issue for other people. Our company has purchased at least $500,000 worth of materials from various locations, so this really is an insult. So why do we not park like "normal people"? Because your parking lot is so tight for pickup trucks with materials, and it totally defeats the whole "quick in, quick out" by having to walk across the whole parking lot, get your truck, hope there is a spot in loading still, and then realize you spent more time parking than you did buying. Don't make this a problem, we contribute to your employees' income and would greatly appreciate if you could understand our frustration. Thanks, Connor ***EDIT*** People are still parking in loading and leaving their vehicles there for 20+ minutes and the staff doesn't seem to be giving them the same treatment. Still no apology.

They don't care much about other people's time. Throw a four hour job fair and have people wait for hours to see someone. A lot of those young adults were in university and college and have studying to do and papers to write. How many will get jobs? Five, ten out of the 75 there. Total disregard for others. Place an ad and have interviews like everyone else. Lazy!!!!

Sure there are some employees you steer clear of there, but that’s any place of business. I’m there usually 2-3 times a week and I can tell you that the Pro desk employees are “top notch” (Roger and Tracy) Gary in Lumber is extremely knowledgeable coming from a home building background. Gary in Hardware went the extra mile for me I his way into work, picked me up a saw from the Branford store. The Whole paint department is great.... there’s one lady there who I’m not crazy about but management knows about her attitude. Electrical and Plumbing has the “old seasoned” boys who are stuck in their old ways and one in particular “John” is pathetic with customer service in explaining things..... I find if you are there, it’s best to speak to a “young guy” if you have the choice. Customer service is easy BUT there is an older loud mouth Lady who thinks very highly of her self and I witness time and time again arguing with customers..... one customer in particular told her to “shut her mouth and go back to her stool” too which many customers laughed in agreement because she just jumped into the conversation. All in all, good store with many personalities (mostly good).

My god, Home Depot has some of the most laziest people working there. From going in the store and dealing with them to calling them and dealing with certain departments. Your getting PAID to do your job, your not doing it for no cost. Its unfortunate because I've been a customer for the past 15 years spending over on average 35k a year. Fo future customers, save your money and time, theres better guys out there. Trust ME!!!
