Never have what I'm looking for in stock. Today it was 1.25 inch corse drywall screws. Home Depot is by far the best. It would also be nice if they moved the stuff from between the enter and exit doors. The customers shouldn't have to be forced off the walk way into traffic.

Went to purchase lumber and hardware for a new fence. What a great experience! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Got everything I needed, and at a far better price than I had budgeted for. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Employees here are very helpful. I purchased a few large items lately and got help every time. I experienced some very bad treatment at Home DESPOT. Lowe’s shopping is a pleasant experience. Thank you.

With no exaggeration we have spent more than a fair share of countless HOURS waiting in this Lowes for items to be located. They seem to have inadequately stocked shelves and poor organization system for excess stock. I can think of at least 4 distinct occasions where there has been sufficient stock identified by their system (in one instance a quantity of 28 for a LED pot light) and despite 40+ mins of searching, the item was not to be found. There is no regard for the customer's time, no customer service... just simply "it can't be found". Our recent frustration comes with our interaction earlier this week where we had called ahead of time to confirm stock of an item, spoke with a employee at the location that identified there were 4 of the items in stock (1 is the display model) but the 3 boxed ones were up and one would need to be brought down. Requested if this could be done ahead of time given our history with waiting in store endlessly and was told they could not bring it down until we were in store. Went in store and the item (of coarse) could not be found. We are luckily moving and will not be dealing with this store in the future. Certainly will have us thinking twice about lower vs a competitor for similar items

I picked up an online order. They had me sign a sheet but would not issue a receipt. Then on the way out the cashier asked if I had a receipt and told me not to leave but I told her to call customer service because I paid and then I walked out. Bizarre store with inconsistent customer service.
