Home Depot never disappoints. The staff are friendly, helpful, and somehow always know exactly where that one oddly specific part is hiding. I usually walk in with a simple shopping list and walk out with a cart full of ‘bonus projects’ I didn’t even know I wanted to start. Clean, organized, and consistently reliable—easily a five-star stop every time!

Honestly had the best costumer service. Was looking at a lawn mower last month July 1st long weekend and a guy in seasonal helped us and was amazing. He got us a cart, put it on the cart and gave us a discount. Usually no one talks to you in these stores but wow this guys was amazing.

This location in Brantford is nice. Sharon in the blinds department offered fabulous service. She helped manage a significant change to our order after we had already placed it. The custom blinds arrived in a timely manner and are now installed- very happy with them.

I had a great experience today purchasing a shed, bbq, and a few other items to get my backyard summer ready. Nicole was the sales associate that assisted me. She was incredibly patient and made the ordering process easy. One of the items I was interested in purchasing seemed to have an incorrect sku however Nicole and Eve were able to sort the issue out for me. This store is extremely lucky to have such amazing associates in Nicole and Eve. It is customer service such as this that ensures I will be returning for future purchases.

Nicole is the best. She went above and beyond helping us get get up with all new appliances and organizing the delivery as well. I’d hire her to work with me if I could but I think she enjoys herself at HD. Give that girl whatever she asks for! She’s a true leader in that store. Thanks Nicole! We will be back to support.
