Big Bear Foodmart

Very bad service. My parcel was delivered here for pickup. The delivery company told me it would be held behind the counter for me to pick up. When I arrived, the man behind the counter said, "They're all on the floor over there. Grab yours and bring it back over here." Um, what? But the packages really were all scattered over the floor in the corner. Anyone could have easily taken any of them. I brought my parcel to the front and he was very rude about checking my ID. Then he told me my package had been sitting there for "SO LONG." It is Monday. They were brought to his store on Friday. Then he was rude to the man next to me in line for picking up a basket that was apparently covering a wet spot on the floor. I would not recommend this place.

Didnt even want to give one star but anyways. Had a package delivered to this location and first, my package was on the floor amongst other packages jumbled up off to the side which is terrible. Second the man couldn't find my name and wasnt going to give me my package, third and the most rudest thing he asked me if i wanted to buy some gum or a chocolate bar and i said no bc i just came from work at a grocery store and as i was leaving he said "next time buy something".... Worst store ever and i plan on complaining to the delivering company about that location.
