SUBWAY®Restaurants

Almost no line and friendly staff made it nice. I can't tell you how many Subways have long lines and bad customer service. This one was above average on that scale.

I work nearby. I used to work at subway so I'm aware of the formulas. First the kid with the star tattoo on his wrist is very unprofessional. His "trap" music was blaring on his phone in the back. Also there was someone in front of me and he rang them up, wiped his nose with is HANDS, didn't WASH THEM, then proceeded to grab gloves and finished my meal. Also it's 4 pieces of turkey for a 6in, 2 slices of cheese. NOT 3 slices of each. Definitely going to other places from lunch if this is going to be your staff.

Can you please add more employees to the Shakopee location. Always one person working, rediculous! Slow!!!

The guys who work weekend nights need to be retrained or fired. Nasty attitudes. They sit out front and smoke, God forbid you interrupt them to do their jobs, they don't wash their hands after smoking and are short with a clear I hate my job attitude. They throw things on the subs as if it's a hassle to do their job, give attitude and barley cut the subs correctly. Don't get me going on how half assed they wrap. These guys obviously hate their jobs. Hopefully the owners will see this and do something about these 2. Giving the area I'm quite sure you can find replacements who want the job and will appreciate it more than these 2.

Very very very slow subway. Possibly the slowest I've been to all around the country. The staff seems nice but the time management of this facility is horrible. There were at least 10 people a head of me and it took me a total of 45 minutes to get 1 sandwich. Go to the subway by cub. You will save at least 30 minutes
