Service was Quick! They seemed to be short staffed but they still pushed everyone through with a great attitude and quickly! By far my favorite place!

Slower than usual service for a Chipotle. Chicken was cooked until it was practically a hockey puck. Entire burrito bowl tastes burnt because of it.

Good experiences with the food, mixed experiences with the service. They can be understaffed at times. Part of the problem isn't their fault (the restaurant is busy) - I'm glad they are. Prices have steadily risen over the past few years too.

Chanhassen location staff are very friendly and competent. Food is average. Facility is a disgrace! Dirty floors, walls and tables. Mens bathroom has rusted, worn fixtures, dirty everywhere, smells of sewage. Seems to continue going downhill
