McDonald's

Mcdonalds is mcdonalds...you dont go there for quality food. But come on. Stale fries,guys? Kind of a fail there.

If i said I didn’t like Mcdonalds i would be lying but this particular store makes me not want to eat Mcdonalds anymore. I use to work at this location and i know how things go but ever since i left i realized how bad it really is the service is bad at times the workers could be a little nicer. The current general manager i believe is extremely rude i came through the driv thru one day and ordered food for my family which they missed one of my sandwiches and put mozzarella sticks in my bag which I didn’t order so i had to drive back i came into front counter to talk to my friend about it and the manager barges into the conversation and basicallly tells me it was his fault for putting the extra food in my bag and then told me next time I come through i need to make sure my order is right which is completely unprofessional. This mcdonalds needs a new general manager and the staff needs to learn customer service and also the building should be cleaned more.

Had to repeat order at window 8 times. Waited almost 25 minutes for our food only to get it plain. Tried talking to manager told me it was the new persons fault and because we didn't specify that we didn't want them plain. Only reason y'all got two stars is cause that was the freshest McDonald's I've received and for a plain burger it wasnt a bad bite. Bad night staff though, never have issues in the morning/afternoon.

Typical McDonald's no play house. Service was decent but nothing special.
