I really enjoy applebees for the happy hour specials. We stop in for the artichoke dip and chips and other select appetizers but today the dip was over the top salty. We had to send it back and order another side of boneless wings. Normally we never have issues anywhere nor complain but it was too intense. The boneless wings and mozzarella sticks were amazing tonight though! I don't know what it was with the dip but I'll be back to see if they can make the same dip as they have countless times before.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! We loved Nina! Excellent food too. I was highly impressed and pleasantly surprised. Prices are competitive like all chains.

Okay when you guys didn't come through on the gift certificate a year ago for a crappy meal I let it go. Your manager gave me some line of BS about you only send them out "every few months". Whatever!!!!!

Tonight I got curbside to go. A burger with fruit and a side salad. The cup the fruit came in was twice the volume of the fruit in it. On top of that it looked like something left over from a table at the bar. 

This is PATHETIC (see the picture I took)
One rotten piece of pineapple. 
Two maraschino cherries. 
Two cherry sized pieces of Apple. 
One MOLDY strawberry. 
One dried up chunk of orange ( mostly rind )

My curbside waiter was Great but that won't make me come back when management is so clearly sub-par

Props to the team working tonight - our waiter was super busy and forgot to put our order in right away, but came over as soon as he realized his mistake to apologise. We were really impressed with how up front he was and ultimately it wasn't a big deal (it happens). Then, two different people from management came to our table to apologise and offered to comp several items from our bill, and also hand-delivered our meals. They even sent us home with free dessert, which I'm eating as I write this. Great experience, and definitely the right way to handle things when a mistake is made. Thank you!

The service was okay,but the food was terrible. I have been to 3 or 4  Applebees and am sorry to say the food is always terrible. Sorry!
