Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I've always had a great experience at this store. Delicious pizzas and friendly staff. If I think it might be busy, I call ahead to have my pizzas made before I get there. They usually tell me that my order will be be ready in 20-30 minutes.

Thanks Papa Murphy's for ruining our Halloween tradition for our kids. We preordered our pizza last week and my husband sat for 45 minutes waiting for our preordered pizza to be made along with a store full of customers that also preordered. He finally left without our pizza because we need to feed the kids before trick-or-treating. I figure you know this is one of the busiest days of the year for you every year, one would think you would be better prepared. So disappointed.

Usually the pizza there is very good however the last two times I was there, there was a new girl who was just incompetent. And the last time she happened to be the one to make our pizza and it was just terrible. Almost no cheese we ask for extra sauce it definitely didn't have it it was very skimpy.

We love papa murphy's pizza but something is not right at this location. 2nd bad experience in as many weeks. Last time the older woman made a stink about having to come out of the back to make a gf pizza (young boy working didn't know how). She was rude and made me wait for 30 min in store while at least 5 other people came in. Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas at 430 to be picked up at 6. My husband arrived at 6pm and was told it wasn't ready. The store was busy but after 15 min he asked where our pizza was in line because we ordered 1.75 hrs earlier. They still did not make our pizza. Finally, 2 hours after ordering it was ready. When my husband asked to speak with the manager as this is the 2nd unacceptable experience recently he was told there was no manager at the Chaska location!?! Interesting also to note that another customer called in to complain and they told that person the same thing. Unfortunately I'm not sure we will be giving them another chance after tonight's experience.
