HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I ordered my pizza at 530 said it would be here by 6. 630 I called and spoke to the manager he said the pizza had been out with the driver for 30 min and should be here soon. Called back another 20 min later. He said the pizza had been delivered. Really? Then why don’t I have my pizza?? The manager found my pizza sitting in the store. Then hesitated to say my next pizza would be free. Nice work Pizza Hut

Ordered from this particular pizza hut 5 times now and 3 times now I have had to call about my order not arriving all 3 times I had to go pick up my pizza after multiple calls to get the status of my order. Kept getting excuse after excuse. You would think if they ran out of dough or forgot to make your bread sticks you would get a call informing you of the problem instead of them just deciding not to make your order

The sad part of ordering Pizza from here is my 5 year old like their pizza. I explained to have light sauce on my pizzas, one was ok and the other was not. Then ordered 1/2 black olives and the other pineapple pizza. The sad part I looked at my pizzas before I left the store and didn’t notice it missing black olives. I cans say that I called and they were going to fix it, he didn’t ask me for my address. Let’s see if they come.

I ordered my pizza at 550, 7:11 right now and no pizza. I have called the store twice and the phone rings for a long time and then an answering machine comes on. No one has called me back. No pizza. I’ll never order from your store again and I’ll be going to call and complain.

Only one employees was running the whole place at 5pm... 10 customers in the lobby, phone ringing non-stop. Ordered hand-tossed but got the pre-frozen thin crust (one employee didn’t have time to do this right). Missing ordered ingredients. Pizzas were not removed from the oven on-time and so were over-baked. Regional management needs to take better care of this location.
