Incredible price for the quality and the availability of Fred at his gym. At his gym, eye like an eagle ;), he watches and ensures that all of us do our lifts or exercices in a safe manners. After only 2 months, I'm stronger, leaner and happier about my body. The workouts are fun and well balanced. I'm staying !

Crossfit in a safe environment, Fred is a phenomenal instructor, very motivating and you'll actually want to go to the gym after you start.

4 months in now and I love the coaching here, so sad I will move out of this hood. Surely won't get as much attention as I got here. They track my progress all the way, very experienced coaches, all I have to do is show up and the rest is taken care off. Choose it after doing free trials all around this hood. Go go go!

Excellentes classes. J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'approche complète à l'entraînement : savant mélange d'étirements, d'exercices musculaires et de cardio. Le studio aussi est super, tout est neuf.
