Training For Life
Studio Athletica caters to all different fitness levels. We have circuit training classes for those who are beginners, intermediate and advanced. As much as possible, we adapt each class to the people in it.
We also offer smaller group trainings (3-5 people), semi-private and private training sessions for those who prefer a more personalized workout. We are constantly updating our equipment to make sure we are at the head front of the industry.
Want to train on your own? We offer gym memberships in a private environment. We offer in combination with memberships, programs to be as effective as possible when coming to train on your own.
Our philosophy is based on functional training. We have machines, but they are not all we have, we have huge tires, ropes, artificial turf and much more. Exercises change every time you come and train so that every single one of your muscles are being targeted.
