Superb private gym in Montreal, with professional trainers/nutritionists! This is not your typical weight loss + gym program, but a custom design nutrition based and strength training program, designed to actually work (I tried!). Elite Coaching: the best gym and coaches in town... If you really want to take control of your body and transform yourself inside out, this is the only place to go.. François Preece and his team are amazing and patient... If you're a lazy but like me, they know how to drag you to train... believe me i know it!!! Your life will not be the same...

I was about to register but was SO turned off by the owners condescending attitude and rude tone. Never seen such lack of service or courteousness for that matter- wouldn't ever train there especially with those ripoff prices.
