Large sports complex belong to university de Montreal. It boosts large sports arena, gym, track fields and bouldering plus work out spaces.nReally large and spacious although the building was constructed 50 years ago, mostly cement interiors , it is nice with many choices of sports that you can participate and practice in the same space.
It's pretty nice, i am especially when you are tnA polytechnique, udem ou hec stydent because you have somes discount.nI have done some swimming courses and i liked it, it is really asked here. And i have a subscription to the gym, which is well equiped.
Impressive infrastructure with a variety of sports which can be practiced. The sport centre is opened to the public upon a fee on a subscription basis. The parking in front of the centre is quite expensive though. I would advise to park your car on the street or there's a parking for the centre which is 5 mins walk away. You'll need to ask for a pass from the admin counter and a deposit of 10$ is requested. Sports which can be practiced are athletics, badminton, tennis, swimming in an Olympic pool.
CEPSUM is a great place to do any type of sport. I personnaly only expericienced the gym where there is a variety of equipments and where people are quite friendly
The renovations they did are perfect, the facilities are now really modern and clean, also pretty cheap for UdeM students. Staff is nice and the booking process is quick and easy.
