The experience is unique and the teachers are very professionals. They help you in precising the posture or if you have questions. The space is great and the materials are all provided in the studio. I have been practicing yoga for years but I never knew this much depth and effects on the poses.

Stephanie and her team at Studio Po are the most knowledgeable and professional yoga instructors you will find. The space is welcoming and the instruction in personal. Walk through the winding path and make your way over to this hidden gem in the Junction triangle and if you know what's good for your body and mind...don't ever leave.

Excellent light-filled Iyengar studio. Fully equipped with all the props you want.  Superb teaching and a friendly community of students.

Stephanie's classes are great and an awesome studio to learn and practice iyengar yoga.

SO MUCH FUN, I LOVE IT WHEN I'M ABLE TO STRETCH WITH SOMEONE'S HELP.  100000000% THINK YOU SHOULD GO!!!!!!!!
