7pm Flow Yoga

Sat: 10am Head-To-Toned
11am Ashtanga Yoga

Sun: 11am Yoga Pilates Fusion
5:30pm Restorative Yoga - First Sunday of every month

The best yoga studio! They have had the best virtual yoga classes since the COVID-19 pandemic and I am so grateful I found them because they keep my moving when there isn't much else to do. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and go at a perfect pace. Highly recommend!

Damask is an awesome low key studio that I try to get to at least a couple of times a week for Pilates Fusion, Yoga Pilates Fusion, or Mat Pilates. All the classes seem great for all levels, including beginners like me. I always look forward to these workouts!

I have been going here for a number of years now and absolutely love the knowledge, patience, support, and commitment to well-being that Nickeshia and Davy have. They live and breathe what they teach and have helped me on my fitness journey immensely. Anyone looking for training or yoga will not go wrong here!

I love Damask.  I took one class and haven't stopped since.  The instructors, classes and vibe have helped me make exercise a consistent part of my life!  I wish I had ventured down those stairs long ago.
