Liberty Movement is a grass roots studio located in Liberty Village at King & Dufferin. The studio offers a variety of different Yoga and Pilates classes in small group sizes. All Yoga and Pilates teachers are registered with the Yoga alliance and are RYTs. All classes are traditional Hatha or Ashtanga/Vinyasa style yoga or Classical Pilates method. We specialize in Fertlity/ IVF, Pre and Post natal, family, and beginner to advanced adult classes. At Liberty Movement Studio all our classes are infused with a sense of humour and fun, plus an in-depth knowledge of the body’s workings. Sequences are tailored for the individual student and allow people to truly connect with the breath to open the body and mind.
