Story

Union Yoga + Wellness is located in the heart of Toronto, just steps from Ossington subway station on the North West corner of Bloor and Delaware.

We are known for our friendly and welcoming vibe, and we love beginners! We offer over 50 classes a week, including hot yoga, Pilates, restorative yoga, pre- and post natal classes, and beginner yoga. There is something for everyone! If you are new to yoga and not sure where to start, please give us a call or send us an email.

Our facilities: Located at 956 Bloor Street West on the second floor above Shopper's Drugmart, our 6000 sq foot space is sun-filled and spacious. We have showers in the the change rooms, and towels and yoga mats are available for rent. We invite you to enjoy a cup of of complimentary tea in our beautiful reception before class.
