I attended a few classes in this Pilates studio. The instructor is very experienced and pleasant. small classes so you get the instructor attention. The place is clean and reasonably bright. The instructor switches between yoga lessons and Pilates. So you get the best of both worlds.

Susie Dias at EWYS is simply the best teacher and teacher trainer around by a landslide.  I carry her teaching with me in every class I instruct and every client I train.  I strongly recommend her to family and friends interested in studying yoga and pilates.
