3rd time buying a car here. The service is superb and both Ian McGill and Dan Sunderland made this transaction a very easy and smooth one. I strongly recommend this dealership as they do have great cars and will not disappoint you. Ian is a real pleasure to deal with and very easy going and yet professional and very knowledgeable about cars. He promptly answered all my emails and was readily on hand when we showed up and made sure he helped us through the whole process by answering all our questions and reassuring us if we had any concerns. A big thank you!!

Just made my first purchase through Strickland’s. A friend in Barrie recommended them as her family purchases all of their vehicles through Strickland’s. I decided to drive from Barrie to Stratford and glad I did. The service was excellent with no pressure, Clarke was an awesome sales person to deal with , extremely knowledgeable and made my purchase smooth and effortless. I highly recommend Strickland’s.

What a nice family owned dealership! A huge selection of  "as is vehicles" for good prices. Shannon and Dan were wonderful! They gave amazing service, they showed us a great variety of vehicles within our budget and they are open minded to negotiating for the "as is vehicles" as well. I left with a good vehicle for a reasonable price, overall a great experience!

My wife was there a couple of months ago and have struggled with writing a review or not. Finally decided to share our experience. We wanted a no accident vehicle. My wife was shown one that she was told was accident free. She liked the vehicle and asked for a Carproof. She was told they don't provide one, so she asked for the VIN so that we could search it ourselves just for peace of mind. Thankfully she did as the car showed a $7,000 claim for rear end damage. I called and talked to a manager. He said technically they did nothing wrong as it was an insurance claim and not an accident claim and could have just been cosmetic damage. $7,000 of cosmetic to rear end? Not likely.This didn't seem right, so I called OMVIC who informed me that they are required to reveal all information including insurance claims that may affect a decision to buy. We obviously didn't purchase the vehicle, nor would we shop there again.

Great service. I was guaranteed a 30 day warranty for anything, and it meant anything! I had some issues on the trip and door rubber fixed with no issue, very short wait time! Great experience and would highly  consider buying another car from this dealer ship.
