ABSOLUTELY happy with Lada Dealership. And I can say many more times- absolutely. The car I've bought here- my FIRST(!!!!!!!) CAR EVER(!!!!!!!!!!!)- just can't express enough how grateful I am to David and everybody who works there- all are professional, helpful, super friendly, just a wonderful experience I had here. David (who is the owner) is efficient, detail oriented- went through all the things I needed to know before I make such a major purchase- and he was trying to HELP instead of just making a deal ASAP and trying to rush you into buying a car (like at ALL(!!!!!!!!!!!) the dealerships I went before, even one in Greenwich(!!!!!!!!!!) - made me feel that all they cared was just my money). I can say (and I'm a VERY picky customer, especially when it comes to such a major purchase)- Lada Auto Sales- RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST - 100%. Wonderful Experience- great team to work with or buy a car from!!! I dont agree with the negative reviews at all!! Recently purchased car..I had some mechanical problems immediately after..Dave diagnosed it when no one else could & went beyond being helpful..David & his team fixed the car hassle free & went out of his way to get the correct parts for car. David is the BEST by FAR!! Helpful, Sincere, & genuine.. He made me feel like family.. Thank you David...

One of the best experience's I've had in a very long time with any car dealership. The process was very smooth and quick. David made sure he clarified everything and he thoroughly went over all the paperwork and gave me pointers on how to maintain my vehicle. This is the first time I purchased a vehicle and didn't feel cheated afterwards. After purchasing my vehicle I had a concern I called David, he advised me to bring my vehicle in for it to be serviced and I was able to drive back off with my vehicle. I am very happy not only with my purchase but also with the service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looming for good service and good cars. Thanks Again David and Lada Auto Sales.

My boyfriend and I purchased our first car from here back in February. We absolutely LOVE our car. Any issues the car had were fixed by David and his team before we took the car off the lot. David worked with us so we could get the car we wanted. We had a lot of local dealerships turn us away, or try to give us a bad deal on a car. David is awesome! He is very friendly and professional. We look forward to doing business here again!
