From start to finish my sales rep Nathan was so wonderful.  He was very nice and knowledgeable. He addressed any concerns that I had right away in a professional manner from the first phone call to me picking up my new car. Couldn’t believe how stress free this was. Matt the sales manager was very funny and personable as well. I would recommend that anyone looking to get a new car visit Stratford Nissan and ask for Nathan and Matt. Customer for life!!

It was well worth it buying my car at Stratford Nissan last December even though I live in Hamilton. I already knew the type of car I wanted and a budget. I saw an ad about a floor model Nissan Micra S that met my needs. I communicated through email and phone and the only time I went to the dealership was to pick up the car. They were all so nice from the manager to the support staff. Everything was done and delivered on time. I greatly appreciate the pleasant and relaxed car buying experience.

Beautiful Dealership with friendly Staff!! That's the header that Matters. 
Comfortable atmosphere, clean and inviting.
friendly as soon as you walk through the front door.
Plenty of ways they can help you from the sales to service.

Had an incredible experience from start to finish with these guys. Purchased a new Frontier out of the showroom from them and was happy with the service from the almost immediate online response to the dealings with the salesman, Manager and Financier. We came in Saturday morning and they had us driving away in the new truck Saturday afternoon.

Had issues with my key fob and had to use actual key to start my vehicle. Never having done this before, I of course did it incorrectly and got the 'key' stuck. All this happened after witnessing and almost being part of a very serious accident. I was still shaking when I got to the dealership. They were very quick to help. The very courteous young man who helped me even let me give him a hug. I really needed a hug to help settle me some. I did ask first and he hesitantly agreed. He then trained me on how to properly use the key! Thank you so much Amzad Arfeen. 👍👍👍
